Small Group Yoga (private Party)

Service Description

A grounding beginner friendly flow. It consists of floor based postures to provide relief of chronic pains and mental ease. Powered with breath work and meditation to create a mind = body connection. This is a Small Group (2-15people) Yin Yoga Class. includes blocks, music, and incense. participants will need to have thier own personal yoga mat. This can be hosted indoors or outdoors, Location is secured by client. If you need guidance in securing a location please book a private group consultation first.
