Peace its Ebb 🌺 Your local wildflower. Yoga  found me drowning in a sea of anxiety and heartbreak. At the end of a decade long relationship i was in search of myself. I had thrown so many pieces out the window trying to fit molds of who the world told me I should be. I became undone on my mat. A relationship that took me back to my true curious nature of play and exploration. In truth it was Mother Giai that saved me, bringing back to God and the ability to see Gods love in everything around me. Love being the guiding light and bridge to the creator. All of my offerings come from this, each one a piece in the puzzle in reconstructing my heart.
