Refund Policy

I,  understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. My goal is to ensure a smooth and fair process for all of our clients. Below are the terms of my refund policy:

  1. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit ensures that we can reserve time and resources for your project. Once the deposit is paid, it is considered a commitment to move forward with the services.

  2. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
    If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment or arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full payment for the service will be forfeited. We value your time, and we ask that you respect our schedule in return. Please notify us in advance if you expect to be late or need to reschedule.

  3. Cancellations : If you need to cancel or adjust a service, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Any remaining balances on your account are subject to the agreed-upon terms of service, and in case of timely cancellation, we will work to either reschedule or adjust your payment accordingly.

  4. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be available, particularly if services have been overdelivered or certain deliverables have not been met. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the outcome will depend on the specific circumstances and work already completed.

  5. Post Services: There are no refunds for after services rendered. 

I encourage you to communicate any changes or concerns as early as possible so that we can work with you to find the best solution. MY goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the services provided.
