Summer Solstice

Join me in welcoming the Summer Solstice with a deeply grounding morning immersed in nature, softness, and intentional rest. This year, we’ll gather on the overlook dock by the river, surrounded by trees, moving water, fresh air, and the beauty of the season in full bloom.

Together, we’ll slow down with ceremonial cacao, grounding into the heart and body while allowing the medicine of nature to hold us. From there, I’ll guide you through a gentle yin yoga practice with long, nourishing holds to help soften the nervous system, release tension, and create space within. We’ll close with an immersive sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments designed to help you settle even deeper into rest and reflection.

This experience is an invitation to pause. To reconnect with yourself. To breathe deeper. To welcome summer not through rushing or overdoing, but through presence, pleasure, and peace.
