About the event
We will begin our journey on a river side trail. This walk is approximately 1.5 miles. After our stroll we will cool down with a calm grounding yoga session. This will be a yin style of yoga with seated postures. We will focus of cooling the body, centering the mind and leave you feeling refreshed for the week.
Comfortable walking shoes suggested.
Blanket to sit on/towel, yoga mat, LOTS of water, and anything else you may need to help you relax. 🌺
