About the event
Join me in welcoming the Summer Solstice with a deeply grounding morning immersed in nature, movement, and intentional restoration. This year, we’ll gather on the overlook dock by the river, surrounded by trees, moving water, fresh air, and the fullness of the season.
Together, we’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, opening the heart and grounding into the body while allowing the medicine of nature to hold us. From there, I’ll guide you through a gentle Qigong-inspired movement practice—a moving meditation that blends breath, awareness, and intuitive movement to help release stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Soft, accessible, and deeply nourishing, this practice invites us to move energy rather than carry it.
We’ll close with an immersive sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments designed to help you settle into rest, reflection, and integration.
